My Art

I love doing arts. It's some random things more like emotions or memories from my life that become a feeling. A feeling that urges me to draw, sketch or paint. I've started making actual paintings after turning 10. On this page, I will share paintings or art pieces of mine.

The Acceptance of Yourself

This is my current (2023) favorite painting. The idea and the whole painting originates from my creativity. I decided to put my memories of the years 2020, 2021, and 2022 into this painting. It reflects onto my feelings, emotions, and memories that I want to forget about. It was the phase where I was embarrassed about my flaws and used to be insecure; I used masks to hide myself until I accepted myself for who I am and started loving myself the way I am. This painting is very close to my heart for that reason. I'm glad and proud that I was able to put that specific state into a painting that others could feel and be emotional about as well. I recieved 1st position for this painting :)

A Cold Water Glass

This is a sketch that took me about 2-3 hours. I made this drawing for an art competition that I couldn't win, but let me explain why. I wasn't very sincere about this drawing, and there was no hype about it. It was also a last-minute drawing that wasn't from my creativity; hence, there was no backstory about it. But now that I think about the time when I was 12y/o, I didn't find it fun, unlike now. Now, I feel glad to have such a drawing. Thinking about it now, I realize it's the only sketch I made with my whole focus and effort. I would be making drawings often too since I've realized I need more drawings to be proud of as well.

Sunset by the Sea

The painting you see is from the year 2021. I've never seen a sunrise or sunset, so I decided to portray them in a painting. I was 11 y/o when I brought so many supplies to make proper paintings, and this was one of them. I had this dream to make a nice sunset painting, and I'm glad I fulfilled it. You know, this is a painting that made me so proud of it, even though it might not be the best, because, as an 11y/o it's the achievement of my efforts not going into vain. Still proud of it :)

Cherry Blossoms and the Waterfall

This is the other painting from when I was 11y/o. Using references and ideas, I made this painting because, hear me out, I absolutely love cherry blossoms and waterfalls. I have been to many sightseeing waterfalls, but never have I ever seen a cherry blossom tree in real life. These are the two most eye-catching children of nature that I love, and so I put them in a painting. This painting might not be the best, but my efforts and talent make me very proud of it. That 11y/o version of me that worked with its best on this painting is the most proud of it though.
